Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Canada
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15 CAD
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250 CAD
- Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days

USA
Shipping rates to the United States are calculated based on the selected carrier and destination.
- Shipping rate: Calculated at checkout
- Duties & Taxes: All applicable duties, taxes and fees must be prepaid at checkout

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@cultclub.ca.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
